How do you structure a STAR+ story?
A STAR+ story follows this sequence:
Situation → Task → Scope → Trade-off → Action → Result → Lens

What does the interview process actually look like?
At Google, Meta, and Amazon, the PM behavioral interview is a 45-minute session, usually third or fourth in the loop. It’s conducted by a peer PM (L4–L6) and follows a strict pattern:
- Intro (5 min): Interviewer explains format. You get no prep time.
- Deep Dive (30 min): 2–3 behavioral questions. One is usually “Tell me about a time you led a project with no clear owner.” Another is “Describe a time you influenced without authority.”

- Map 3–5 core stories to major PM competencies: ambiguity, influence, prioritization, failure.
