  3. Idea Generation (8–10 min)
    2–3 ideas max. For each: name the tradeoff. Example: “An indoor GPS beacon system would improve pickup accuracy but requires partnership with airport authorities — a 6+ month timeline. I’d prototype the software side first.”

  4. Success Metrics (5 min)
    One primary metric (e.g., time to first ride request post-landing), 1–2 guardrail metrics (e.g., driver wait time, support tickets).

  5. Iteration Plan (3–4 min)

Instead: “I’d test whether recognition drives retention by launching a lightweight rewards program. The differentiator is framing rejection. When you say, “I’m not using the full CIRCLES method because discovery matters more than ideation here,” you signal maturity.
